Each appointment includes a 7-minute grace period.

• Guests arriving 7 minutes or less past their scheduled time may be serviced if time allows.

• Arrivals more than 7 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled.

• If you’ve booked multiple services and arrive late, we may need to adjust or remove a service to make the most of your remaining appointment time. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you while keeping the day running smoothly for all our guests.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in order to book future appointments.

A no-show is an appointment where the guest does not arrive and does not contact the business before their scheduled appointment time.

• A $25 no-show fee will apply.

• After one no-show, a deposit will be required for all future appointments.

• The deposit will be applied toward the service total at the time of the appointment.

• Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We want you to love the products you take home. Please review our retail policy before purchasing.

All retail sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 5 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is damaged or defective when purchased, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Age Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire appointment. Parent or guardian consent is required before any waxing service can be performed.

If a parent or legal guardian is not present at the time of the appointment, the service will not be performed and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Sometimes a few stubborn little hairs like to sneak past us!

If you notice any missed hairs following your service, please contact Radiant Esthetics within 48 hours of your appointment.

Complimentary finishing touches must be performed within 5 days of your original appointment to qualify.

Finishing touches are reserved for hair missed during the original service and do not apply to new growth that appears afterward.

Because apparently, some hairs just refuse to get the memo!

To provide a seamless and convenient experience, a valid credit or debit card may be securely maintained on file for applicable charges associated with your appointments and services.

Radiant Esthetics is committed to transparent and accurate billing. If you believe a charge was made in error, is incorrect, or requires clarification, we ask that you contact Radiant Esthetics directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We welcome the opportunity to review the transaction and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

By purchasing services, products, passes, packages, or other offerings from Radiant Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable pricing, cancellation and no-show policies, refund terms, pass or package terms, and other policies presented at the time of purchase or booking.

A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for Radiant Esthetics' established cancellation, refund, or dispute-resolution procedures. This includes attempting to reverse valid charges for services rendered, products received, properly assessed cancellation or no-show fees, or other charges that were authorized and assessed in accordance with our disclosed policies.

In the event a charge is disputed, Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to provide the financial institution or payment processor with relevant documentation regarding the transaction. This may include appointment and transaction records, signed or electronically accepted agreements, policy acknowledgments, communications, receipts, service records, and other documentation reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.

Where permitted by applicable law and payment-processing requirements, outstanding balances resulting from a valid charge that has been reversed may be required to be resolved before future appointments, purchases, or services can be scheduled or provided.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge that you genuinely believe is unauthorized, fraudulent, incorrect, or otherwise subject to dispute under applicable law or your cardholder agreement. RADIANT REWARDS™ PROGRAM POLICY

Radiant Rewards™ is our way of showing appreciation to the guests who choose Radiant Esthetics. Members may earn rewards through qualifying purchases and activities and redeem eligible rewards toward future services or purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.

By enrolling in, earning points through, or redeeming benefits from Radiant Rewards™, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY

Participation in Radiant Rewards™ is complimentary and available to eligible Radiant Esthetics guests.

Each guest may maintain only one rewards account. Membership, points, rewards, benefits, and tier status are intended solely for the individual associated with the account and may not be sold, transferred, combined, assigned, or shared with another person unless expressly permitted by Radiant Esthetics.

Accurate contact information may be required to establish and maintain a rewards account.

EARNING REWARDS

Members may earn points or other rewards on qualifying purchases and activities as determined by Radiant Esthetics.

The number of points earned, qualifying purchases, earning rates, promotional opportunities, and available rewards may vary and are subject to the current terms of the program.

Certain purchases, services, fees, taxes, gratuities, gift cards, prepaid passes, packages, promotional purchases, or other transactions may be excluded from earning points at the discretion of Radiant Esthetics.

Points are generally credited after an eligible transaction has been successfully completed and payment has been received.

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to correct point balances resulting from technical errors, duplicate transactions, refunds, cancellations, unauthorized activity, or other inaccuracies.

REDEEMING REWARDS

Once a member reaches the applicable reward threshold, eligible points may be redeemed for available Radiant Rewards™ benefits.

Rewards may include dollar-value discounts, service rewards, promotional benefits, member-exclusive offers, or other incentives determined by Radiant Esthetics.

Rewards are subject to any restrictions presented at the time they are issued or redeemed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• Cannot be sold or transferred.

• Cannot be applied retroactively to completed transactions.

• Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, offers, passes, or rewards unless specifically permitted.

• May be subject to minimum purchase requirements, service restrictions, or other redemption conditions.

Any purchase amount exceeding the value of a redeemed reward remains the responsibility of the guest.

POINTS & REWARDS HAVE NO CASH VALUE

Radiant Rewards™ points and benefits are promotional in nature. Points do not constitute property, stored monetary value, a gift card, or cash belonging to the member.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no monetary value outside of the specific rewards made available through the Radiant Rewards™ program.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

If a qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed, canceled, disputed, or otherwise adjusted, any points earned from that transaction may be deducted from the member's rewards balance.

If a reward was earned or redeemed as a result of a transaction that is later refunded, reversed, disputed, or canceled, Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to reverse the applicable points or reward.

Rewards applied to canceled appointments, refunded purchases, or other reversed transactions may be forfeited and may not automatically be returned to the member's account.

Cancellation fees, no-show fees, late fees, and other administrative charges may be excluded from earning or redeeming rewards.

All appointments remain subject to Radiant Esthetics' applicable appointment, cancellation, no-show, and studio policies regardless of rewards membership.

GIFT CARDS, PASSES & PACKAGES

Gift card purchases, prepaid service passes, packages, promotional certificates, Radiant Reserve™, Radiant Luxe™, or other specially priced offerings may be excluded from earning or redeeming Radiant Rewards™ points or benefits.

Unless expressly authorized by Radiant Esthetics, rewards may not be combined with prepaid passes, packages, promotional pricing, or other discounts.

Terms applicable to the underlying gift card, pass, package, or promotion remain in effect regardless of Radiant Rewards™ membership.

PROMOTIONAL & BONUS POINTS

Radiant Esthetics may periodically offer bonus points, promotional rewards, special earning opportunities, or limited-time member benefits.

These promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, redemption conditions, expiration dates, or other restrictions.

Promotional opportunities may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

REWARD EXPIRATION

Points and rewards may be subject to expiration periods established by Radiant Esthetics and disclosed through the program or at the time a reward is issued.

Members are responsible for monitoring their available rewards and applicable expiration dates.

Expired points or rewards may not be reinstated except at the discretion of Radiant Esthetics or where otherwise required by law.

PROGRAM ABUSE & FRAUD

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to review rewards accounts for suspected misuse, manipulation, fraud, duplicate accounts, unauthorized transfers, abuse of promotional offers, or other activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of Radiant Rewards™.

Radiant Esthetics may adjust or remove improperly earned points or rewards and may suspend or terminate a member's participation when there is a reasonable basis to believe the program has been misused.

Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks involving valid transactions, manipulation of purchases or returns for the purpose of generating rewards, or attempts to circumvent program rules may result in forfeiture of points and termination of membership, subject to applicable law.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate an individual rewards account for fraud, abuse, misuse of the program, violation of these terms, or other conduct reasonably determined to compromise the integrity of the program.

Upon termination for misuse or fraud, unused points and rewards may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Members may discontinue participation in Radiant Rewards™ by contacting Radiant Esthetics.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to modify Radiant Rewards™ at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include, but are not limited to, earning rates, point requirements, reward values, qualifying purchases, tier requirements, available benefits, exclusions, redemption rules, expiration periods, promotional opportunities, or other program features.

Where appropriate or required by law, material changes will be communicated to members or published through Radiant Esthetics' official website or other designated communication channels.

Continued participation following the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROGRAM

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to suspend, modify, replace, or terminate the Radiant Rewards™ program at any time, subject to applicable law.

If the program is terminated, Radiant Esthetics may establish a reasonable period during which eligible members may redeem existing rewards before they expire or are discontinued, when appropriate or required by applicable law.

Termination of the program does not create an obligation to provide cash compensation for unused points or promotional rewards except where otherwise required by law.

PROGRAM AVAILABILITY

Radiant Rewards™ benefits, earning opportunities, rewards, and promotions are subject to availability.

Temporary technical issues, system outages, processing delays, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Radiant Esthetics may occasionally affect the earning, displaying, or redemption of points.

Radiant Esthetics will make reasonable efforts to correct verified account discrepancies.

COMMUNICATIONS

Participation in Radiant Rewards™ may involve transactional communications related to membership, points, rewards, account activity, or program changes.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable communication preferences and laws.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information associated with their rewards account.

GENERAL TERMS

Radiant Rewards™ is a promotional loyalty program offered by Radiant Esthetics and is separate from Radiant Esthetics gift cards, prepaid service passes, packages, and other promotional programs.

Participation in Radiant Rewards™ does not guarantee appointment availability, service availability, promotional pricing, or access to any particular service.

All services remain subject to Radiant Esthetics' current booking requirements, service eligibility requirements, studio policies, and applicable terms.

Radiant Esthetics reserves all rights not expressly granted under these terms.

If any provision of this policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Redemption

Radiant Esthetics Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible services and purchases offered directly by Radiant Esthetics, subject to availability and any applicable restrictions.

Gift cards are applied toward the purchase price at the time of redemption. If the purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted form of payment.

Any unused eligible balance will remain available on the gift card for future redemption, subject to applicable law and these terms.

Appointments

Pricing

A gift card represents the monetary value loaded onto the card and does not guarantee the price of a particular service unless expressly sold and identified as a service-specific gift certificate.

Service prices may change from time to time. The price in effect at the time the appointment or purchase is completed will apply.

If a service price exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the guest is responsible for the difference.

Refunds & Cash Redemption

Gift card purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash except where redemption is required by applicable law.

Services or purchases paid for using a gift card remain subject to the applicable Radiant Esthetics refund, cancellation, and service policies.

Expiration & Fees

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Radiant Esthetics is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, misplaced, deleted, delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser, or used without authorization, except where otherwise required by law.

If sufficient information is available to identify and verify a gift card and its remaining balance, Radiant Esthetics may, at its discretion and where permitted, assist with replacement or recovery.

Guests should contact Radiant Esthetics promptly if they believe a gift card has been compromised.

Promotions & Discounts

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing or redeeming a gift card does not automatically qualify the purchaser or recipient for other promotions, discounts, special offers, or promotional pricing.

Promotional gift cards, bonus cards, complimentary certificates, or other promotional credits may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, and expiration dates where permitted by law.

Transfers & Resale

Radiant Esthetics Gift Cards are intended for personal gifting and use. Unauthorized resale, reproduction, alteration, or fraudulent use is prohibited.

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to decline or suspend redemption of a gift card when there is a reasonable basis to believe that the card was obtained, reproduced, altered, or used fraudulently, subject to applicable law.

Gift Card Balances

Guests are responsible for maintaining their gift card information until the full balance has been redeemed.

Additional Terms

At Radiant Esthetics, every service is provided within a professional, respectful, and safe environment. We are committed to protecting the comfort, privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries of both our guests and service providers.

Waxing is a professional esthetic service. Certain services, including Brazilian and bikini waxing, may require the treatment of intimate areas and specific positioning, draping, or temporary adjustment of clothing to safely and effectively perform the selected service. These circumstances never change the professional nature of the appointment.

Professional Boundaries

Guests are expected to maintain appropriate and respectful conduct throughout their appointment.

The following behaviors are not permitted:

• Sexual comments, jokes, gestures, propositions, or requests

• Requests for services or physical contact that are sexual in nature or outside the scope of the scheduled esthetic service

• Inappropriate or unnecessary exposure of intimate areas

• Deliberate touching of the esthetician or service provider

• Sexually suggestive, intimidating, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive language or behavior

• Photographing, recording, or filming the service provider without express permission

• Refusal to follow reasonable instructions regarding positioning, draping, hygiene, or other procedures necessary to safely perform the service

• Any behavior that causes the service provider to feel unsafe, threatened, harassed, or unable to continue the appointment professionally

Intimate Waxing Services

Brazilian, bikini and butt waxing may require temporary exposure of the area being treated. Professional draping and positioning practices will be used when appropriate while allowing adequate access to perform the selected service safely and effectively.

Guests may ask questions, request an adjustment to positioning or draping, or ask that the service be stopped at any time.

Likewise, the service provider retains the right to stop or modify a service at any time if professional boundaries cannot be maintained or if continuing the service would create an unsafe, inappropriate, or uncomfortable environment.

Right to Terminate Service

Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to immediately stop or refuse a service when inappropriate, threatening, harassing, sexually suggestive, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable behavior occurs.

Depending on the nature or severity of the conduct, the guest may be asked to leave the premises and may be refused future services.

When an appointment is terminated because of a guest's conduct, applicable appointment, cancellation, or service charges may apply in accordance with Radiant Esthetics policies.

Conduct involving threats, violence, suspected criminal activity, or an immediate safety concern may be reported to appropriate authorities when warranted.

Mutual Respect

Professional boundaries apply throughout the entire guest experience. Radiant Esthetics is equally committed to providing every guest with respectful, professional, and appropriate treatment.

Guests are encouraged to communicate any concerns regarding their comfort, privacy, positioning, draping, or service at any point during their appointment.

A guest may request that a service be paused or discontinued at any time.

Guest Acknowledgment

By scheduling or receiving services from Radiant Esthetics, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand the Professional Conduct & Guest Behavior Policy.

I understand that all services, including Brazilian and bikini waxing, are professional esthetic services and agree to maintain appropriate conduct and respect professional boundaries throughout my appointment.

I understand that Radiant Esthetics reserves the right to immediately stop or refuse a service when conduct violates this policy and that serious or repeated violations may result in refusal of future services.
